How to create a webinar for free - live webinar page. In this webinar tutorial, you’ll discover how create a live webinar page for free, so that you don’t have to spend hundreds of dollars on webinar software, webinar platform and on webinar tools.

You’ll learn how to do a webinar, how to create a webinar for free, how to design a live webinar page, how to do webinars for business, how to do a webinar for free, as well as everything related to webinar creation, hosting webinars, webinar platform, webinar software, webinar tools, and webinars for free.

To create a webinar for free, you just need 3 tools: your website creation platform, which you most likely already own and use (in my case, I use Wix), to host your webinar pages, YouTube live streaming, to add your live video, as well as Chatango, to add a chat.

Okay, so let’s get into how to create your webinar for free. First off, let’s create our live webinar page on Wix, that’ll be the backbone to host our webinar. From your site’s editor, click on ‘menus & pages’ from the left-hand side panel, and then on ‘add page at the bottom’. Rename that page ‘webinar’, and press ‘done’.

Now click on the three little dots next to your webinar page, and click on ‘settings’. Under the ‘page info’ tab, toggle the button next to ‘hide from menu’ so that it’s on, under the ‘layouts’ tab, click on ‘no header and footer’, and under the ‘SEO (Google)’ tab, edit the page’s URL, and toggle the button next to ‘hide this page from search results’ so that it’s also on. X out of the site menu once you’re done.

Now let’s customize our live webinar page. Click on ‘add’ from the left-hand side menu, ‘text’, and then on ‘add heading 1’. This is where you’ll add the name of your site. From the text’s individual toolbar, you can edit its settings so that it looks the way you please (amethyst, 50, unbold, black).

To add your webinar’s title, click on ‘add’ from the left-hand side menu, ‘text’, and then on ‘add heading 2’. Edit the text so that it’s your webinar’s title, and edit its appearance by changing the settings in the text’s individual toolbar (raleway, 40, bold, black).

We’ll leave an empty space in the middle here to add our live video and chat box, so let’s move on to the bottom section, where we’ll add a call to action to sign up for the exclusive offer we’ll be pitching during the webinar.

As you may know, over 50% of your webinar sales will be made AFTER the webinar is over, so although it’s important to create this live webinar page with a button that links directly to your sales page, it’s also vital to have an epic webinar email sales funnel in place.

If you want a 90% done-for-you, step-by-step template with the exact subject lines, email structure, and copy that you need to create epic webinar sales funnels, click on the link below to get the Webinar Sales Funnel Template now! With this template in hand, you’ll know everything you need to write in your emails the days before, the day of, and the days after your webinar to skyrocket your webinar sales.

Okay, so back to our live webinar page. To create the call to action section, click on ‘add’ from the left-hand side menu, ‘strip’, and then select the ‘classic white’ one. Move the strip down so it’s at the bottom of the page. From the strip’s individual toolbar, click on ‘change strip background’, ‘color’, and change it to a color of your choice (#605E5E).

Now let’s add the call to action text. To do so, click on ‘add’ from the left-hand side menu, ‘text’, and then on ‘add heading 3’. Edit the text so that it’s a question related to your offer, and edit its appearance by changing the settings in the text’s individual toolbar (raleway, 35, bold, white).

To add the secondary piece of text that’ll stimulate your webinar attendees to make a purchase, click on ‘add’ from the left-hand side menu, ‘text’, and then on ‘add heading 3’ again. Edit the text so that it answers the question we asked before, and provides our offer as a solution, and edit its appearance by changing the settings in the text’s individual toolbar (raleway, 25, unbold, white).

Lastly, let’s add a button that’ll link to our offer’s sales page. Click on ‘add’ from the left-hand side menu, ‘button’, and select a button of your choice. Click on ‘change text’ to something along the lines of ‘enroll now’, and edit the button’s link so that it links to your offer’s sales page. You can also modify the button’s appearance by clicking on ‘design’ from the button’s individual toolbar, and then on ‘customize design’, if you so wish.

Okay, so now let’s head over to YouTube to create our live video. Click on your channel’s icon on the top, right-hand side, and then on ‘creator studio’. From the creator studio’s left-hand-side panel, click on ‘live streaming’, and then on ‘events’. On the top, right-hand side, click on ‘new live event’. Add your webinar’s title, date and time, and click on the dropdown on the right, which starts with ‘public’, and change it to ‘unlisted’. Once you’re done making edits, click on ‘create event’ on the bottom, right-hand side.

To get the webinar link to add it to our live webinar page, click on ‘start hangout on air’. Don’t worry, you won’t be live once you hit that button. You’ll notice that a popup will appear. Once it loads, click on ‘links’ on the bottom, right-hand side, and copy the first link that appears, the URL link.

Now back on our live webinar page on Wix, click on ‘add’ from the left-hand side menu, ‘video’, and select ‘YouTube’. From the video’s individual toolbar, click on ‘change video’, and paste your webinar live video link that you copied into where it asks for your video’s web address, and then press ‘enter’. You can resize your video so that it’s the size you wish. Place it onto the right-hand side of your screen.

Finally, let’s head over to Chatango to create our chat box. If you don’t have an account with them yet, don’t worry. It’s 100% free. Once in your Chatango account, click on ‘make a new group’, and select ‘box’. Name your chat box up to, and edit its appearance by customizing the options on the left. Once you’re happy with how your chat box looks, click on ‘create group’ on the top, right-hand side, and copy the embed code that appears.

Now back on our live webinar page on Wix, click on ‘add’ from the left-hand side menu, ‘more’, and then on ‘html iframe’. From its individual toolbar, click on ‘enter code’, paste the code you copied from Chatango in the space provided, and then click on ‘apply’. Resize the box, and place it to the right of your live video. Remember to click on ‘save’ and ‘publish’ to make your live webinar page active.

To share the live webinar page with the webinar registrants, just share the link to this page we just created. Once you’re ready to go live, on the day and time of the webinar, go to your webinar event on YouTube, click on ‘start hangout on air’, and then on ‘start broadcast’ on the popup that appears to go live.

And that’s it! Now you know how to create a live webinar page for free, so that you don’t have to spend hundreds of dollars on webinar software and on webinar tools.
