How To Schedule Emails In ConvertKit - Schedule Broadcast ConvertKit Email Marketing Tutorial

In this ConvertKit tutorial and ConvertKit demo, you’ll discover how to schedule and send emails in ConvertKit, which is the absolute best email marketing tool.

The Simple Way To Schedule + Send Emails in ConvertKit - Best Email Marketing Tool. In this ConvertKit tutorial and ConvertKit demo, you’ll discover how to schedule and send emails in ConvertKit, which is the absolute best email marketing tool. ConvertKit, which is the top tool for email marketing for bloggers, can be used to send newsletter broadcast emails to grow your email list, for email and marketing automation, and to make money online.

First of all, if you don’t have a ConvertKit account yet, click here to start your FREE 30-day trial right away.

Now that your ConvertKit account has been created, login to your account, and click on the broadcasts tab up top. This is where you’ll see all of the broadcasts that you’ve previously sent and scheduled, if you’ve done so already. To create a new e-mail broadcast, click on + create broadcast on the right hand side.

From here, you can select which subscribers you want to receive your e-mail broadcast. From this first dropdown menu, you can select whether the filters should match any, all or none of the parameters you select.

Then click on all subscribers if you wish to change that parameter. From the options available, select your first parameter. It can match the following parameters: all subscribers, subscribed to, within segment, cold subscribers, within a country or region, distance from a city, subscription date, first name, e-mail address, and custom field. Depending on the parameter you chose, another dropdown menu will appear. Click on update filter once you are done.

If you want to add a tag or a segment, but don’t really understand what’s the difference between both, and how to create them, make sure to watch my video on how to use tags and segments in ConvertKit.

Once you’re done selecting your broadcast recipients, click on next step on the bottom right of the page. This is where you can change and customize your e-mail subject line and content. You can edit the content you created to make it bold, italic, or deleted, add an unordered list or an ordered list, outdent or indent the text, insert an image, file or link, change the alignment, insert a horizontal rule, edit the formatting, htlml, font size, and font color, and personalize the content with merge tags. When you’re done editing your content, click on next on the bottom right of the page.

To send the broadcast right away, all you have to do is click on the big send broadcast button. To schedule it for a later date, click on schedule next to send immediately, select a date and time of your choice, and then click on schedule broadcast.

And that’s it. Now you know how to create and schedule a broadcast in ConvertKit. Again, if you don’t have a ConvertKit account yet, just click here to start your FREE 30-day trial right away.

I now want to hear from you. Let me know in the comments below the subject line of the latest e-mail broadcast you sent using ConvertKit.
